For nearly 15 years, Quadrapol has specialized in the design and construction of wood-frame houses and self-sufficient, carbon-negative nano-housing.

Our history
Quadrapol is the story of a happy coincidence.
When a nature lover with a passion forhabitat discovered Poland, a country where nature, tradition and endemic fauna coexist.
Everything came together to make an ambitious project a reality: designing the home of tomorrow.
Everywhere, woodworking, an accessible resource historically used in this region of Europe, is revealed. From houses and chalets to local craftsmanship, thousands of years of know-how are revealed in all their facets.
Based on deep ecological convictions and a genuine respect for the work of local craftsmen, the Quadrapol project was born: to create sustainable and responsible habitats with a negative carbon footprint.

Design office
Every Quadrapol project begins with a meeting with your dedicated technical sales advisor, who will guide you throughout the entire process. Your ideas, requirements and aspirations are then entrusted to our design office, where they are transformed into a carefully planned and creative project.
Based in Kraków, our design office brings together a team of designers specialized in timber-frame construction and optimized interior design. Their expertise allows them to create living spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing, highly functional and perfectly tailored to your lifestyle.
Because every project is unique, we adapt our communication to your preferences: email, phone or video conference. We prioritize clear and regular communication to ensure a smooth and enjoyable project experience.
As the project develops, your vision takes shape through customized plans and detailed designs. Thanks to their in-depth knowledge of timber construction, our designers create original, sustainable and technically sound solutions that combine distinctive design with outstanding structural performance.
Once the plans are approved, the project is transferred to our production facility. There, it is crafted with the utmost care by our specialized teams, whose expertise and passion for wood ensure a final result that faithfully reflects the original design and meets Quadrapol’s high-quality standards.
