The Twenty Lodge garden studio: an extension or a real wooden house without planning permission

The Twenty Lodge studio is a 20m2 garden studio that requires no planning permission. This small, modern wooden house, cubic in shape like a container house, is very easy to install and can easily be converted into a guest or teenager's bedroom, a workshop, a library, a sports room or even a pool house!

The Twenty garden studio is available in two versions:

- The 20m2 Twenty Lodge garden studio, with front entrance (V1)

The Twenty Lodge V1 garden studio allows you to orient your living room towards the outside, thanks to its large French window. It's the ideal configuration for a convertible sofa or bed with a breathtaking view of the garden, pool or surrounding nature.

- Twenty Lodge 20m2 garden studio, with large side entrance (V2)

The Twenty Lodge V2 wooden studio is a 20m2 habitable garden studio, laid out lengthways. Its large bay window on the side and the window in the kitchen will allow you to have a through room, with a beautiful luminosity inside your little house.

A garden studio without planning permission: quick and easy installation

With their almost unique self-supporting metal structures and cubic design resembling a container house, our garden studios can be installed without planning permission and require no foundations.

To ensure your autonomy, they can be easily connected to the water and electricity networks, which doesn't prevent them from being mobile. In fact, our garden studios can be easily moved from one location to another, according to your needs, particularly when moving house.

For your comfort and safety, they are built with the finest materials, and in particular quality wood selected from sustainably managed forests to preserve the nature that surrounds us. Equipped with a bathroom and a small kitchen, which we guarantee to be meticulously finished, it's perfectly possible to stay in them, thanks to the fittings that ensure your independence and comfort.
