Tiny House: Choose autonomy and gain freedom!
Reducing environmental impact is at the heart of Quadrapol's approach. As a builder of wooden houses, we are committed to preserving nature and promoting sustainable development.
That's why, for several years now, we've been developing self-sufficient water and energy systems, so that we can consume less and better. Consuming the necessary resources, and no more, is one more gesture that contributes to protecting the planet.
Self-sufficiency is also the ideal solution for setting up your little wooden house on land not connected to the grid. At last, you can set up your autonomous Lodge or Tiny House in the environment you've always dreamed of.
With this in mind, we offer you two options: energy autonomy and water autonomy.

Autonomy: what Quadrapol has to offer
The climate (rainfall and sunshine) in the region where your nano-dwelling is to be built, the use you intend to make of it, and the features you wish to install mean that every project for a self-sufficient little wooden house is different.
In order to offer you tailor-made self-sufficient solutions, we invite you to contact us so that we can discuss your needs and choose the most appropriate solutions for your project.
For a first approach, and to help you move forward with your independent living project, you'll find below our independent living solutions (indicative prices may vary according to the needs of each project).
Energy self-sufficient, from €8,520
The Energy Autonomy option consists of a set of separable options. Installation is carried out by us in our workshop.
- Photovoltaic system comprising 3 solar panels, 1 lithium battery and inverter, with an initial output of 1 kW, €8,520 incl. VAT. Depending on your consumption requirements, the system can be expanded to over 2 KW by adding additional panels. The photovoltaic kit supplies your home's sockets, lighting and refrigerator.
- Gas supply for 2-burner hob and water heater, from €2,300 incl. VAT.
- Heating with a wood, gas or pellet stove.

The system comprises a range of solutions installed by our craftsmen:
- Rainwater harvesting through gutters
- UV filters for water treatment
- 350-liter water storage tank, mounted on the Tiny House's drawbar for easy mobility
- The system can be powered from an external source
Each standard Tiny House comes with a dry toilet.

Autonomous tiny house: carbon neutrality and respect for the environment
A tiny house, chalet or garden studio that is self-sufficient in energy and water is an environmentally-friendly habitat.
At Quadrapol, we offer a range of solutions to enable your home to operate in complete or partial autonomy.
Designing tomorrow's ecological, sustainable and responsible wooden homes
A wooden home is a truly ecological home. By choosing wood, you considerably reduce CO2 emissions. You'll be carbon neutral.
Opting for a nano-dwelling or a small wooden house means living in an optimized space with a smaller footprint than a traditional house. This means you can significantly reduce your energy consumption and expenses.
The quality of our ecological homes means you benefit from optimum thermal and acoustic insulation. Our materials are carefully selected. The structural wood is KVH. Cladding and panelling are made from FSC and PEFC-certified natural wood species.
We insulate our wooden houses with wood wool or Steico mineral wool. Waterproofing is ensured by a German-made Dörken rainscreen and vapour barrier. All these quality materials contribute to a sustainable, responsible and comfortable building.
A self-sufficient ecological home
Of course, a healthy, well-insulated home is essential for reducing energy consumption, heating the home without wasting energy and using only what is necessary. We build our ecological homes with these criteria in mind.
Our tiny houses and other nano-dwellings are perfectly suited to the installation of self-sufficiency solutions. The latter can be partial or complete.
Indeed, by combining wood and autonomy, you can adjust your water and energy consumption. This means you use only the resources you need, and that's good for the planet and your wallet!
