Quadrapol: Leader in self-contained mobile homes

Tiny House: Choose autonomy and gain freedom!

Reducing environmental impact is at the heart of Quadrapol’s approach. We are a wooden house builder, driven by the preservation of nature and sustainable development.

So, for several years now, we’ve been developing self-sufficient water and energy systems to consume less and better. Consuming the necessary resources, and no more, is one more gesture that contributes to protecting the planet.

Self-sufficiency is also the ideal solution for setting up your little wooden house on land not connected to the grid. At last, you can set up your self-contained Lodge or Tiny House in the environment you’ve always dreamed of.

With these two observations in mind, we’ve come up with two offers: the energy autonomy option and the water autonomy option.

Autonomy: Quadrapol's offers

The climate (rainfall and sunshine) in the region where your nano-home will be built, theuse you intend to make of it and the features you wish to add mean that every project for a self-sufficient little wooden house is different.

In order to offer you tailor-made autonomy solutions, we invite you to contact us so that we can discuss your needs and choose the most appropriate solutions for your project.

For a first approach, and to help you move forward with your independent living project, you’ll find below our independent living solutions (indicative prices may vary according to the needs of each project).

Designing tomorrow's ecological, sustainable and responsible wooden homes

A wooden house is a truly ecological home. In fact, by choosing wood, you considerably reduce CO2 emissions. This makes you carbon neutral.

Opting for a nano-dwelling or small wooden house means living in an optimized space with less floor space than a traditional house. This allows you to significantly reduce your consumption and expenses.

The quality of our ecological homes means you benefit from optimum heat and sound insulation. We select our materials with care. The structural wood is KVH. The cladding and panelling are made from FSC and PEFC-certified natural wood species.

We insulate our small wooden houses with wood wool or Steico mineral wool. Waterproofing is ensured by a German-made Dörken rainscreen and vapour barrier. All these quality materials contribute fully to the creation of a sustainable, responsible and comfortable structure.

A self-sufficient ecological home

Of course, a healthy, well-insulated home is essential if you want to reduce energy consumption, heat your home without wasting energy, and use just the right amount of energy. We build our ecological homes with these criteria in mind.

Our tiny houses and other nano-dwellings are perfectly suited to the installation of self-sufficiency solutions. The latter can be partial or complete.

In fact, by combining wood and autonomy, you can adjust your water and energy consumption. This means you use only the resources you need, which is good for the planet and good for your wallet!

Tiny house and self-contained garden studio: an adaptable offering

Whether your project is a Tiny House in Brittany, a Fisherman’s Cabin in Provence, a log home in the Alps or a garden house studio in the Paris region, we can offer you self-sufficiency solutions to suit your needs and budget.

Every project is different. Its location, your consumption and the equipment you wish to install in your wooden home are all decisive factors in your project. Of course, we have to take into account the climate and location of your tiny house, studio or lodge as part of your self-sufficiency project.
