In 2104, we moved into nano-housing, specializing in Tiny Houses, garden studios, lodges and wooden chalets.

We have our own design office, staffed by architects specializing in timber-frame and interior design.

All our timber constructions are built in our indoor workshop, located close to the forests and mountains of Poland.

We also have an agency and showroom near Avignon.

8% of the world's CO2 emissions are released into the atmosphere by a single industry: cement. We are obliged to reinvent the living environment, by making it ecological.

A living space such as a "traditionally" built house requires around 20 tonnes of cement and the like. That's 16 tonnes of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

At Quadrapol, this ratio is reversed. Each of our eco-friendly wooden houses,such as our Tiny Houses, stores CO2. We work within the criteria of RT2012, long before its legal existence.

Today, Quadrapol's objective is at least carbon neutrality, with a fully autonomous wooden house.

Choosing to build a self-sufficient wooden chalet means actively participating in efforts to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere for a better environment.

The wood we use in our Tiny Houses is a noble material.

Carefully selected, it isFSC* and PEFC* certified.

*FSC: Forest Stewardship Council®. This is an international label guaranteeing that the wood used complies with sustainable forest management procedures.

*PEFC: Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes. Created in 1999, PEFC certification provides consumers with a guarantee that the products they buy come from responsible sources, and thus contribute to the sustainable management of forests and life.

Housing is the second most polluting sector in France.

It's out of conviction that Quadrapol has specialized in Nano habitat, small wooden houses such as Tiny houses or Tiny homes, wooden studios or habitable wooden chalets.

With the tiny house, the smaller it is, the less we consume, and the more we preserve our living environment, while living in excellent conditions of comfort.

The forest has so much to offer us, and we need to protect it.

In addition to using wood from sustainably managed forests, we plant 20 to 30 trees per project in afforestation or reforestation projects in association with Reforestaction and Atmosylva.

One more gesture for the good of our planet and our environment, offsetting more than 100% of the environmental impact of the production and transport of our beautiful wooden tiny houses.
