Our Tiny House adventure began in 2008, with the design of top-of-the-range wooden chalets and houses, quality living spaces.
Building on our experience in wood-frame construction, since 2014 we’ve been developing mini-homes in wood: nano-housing.
We build wooden homes, with or without planning permission: lodges and chalets, high-quality garden studios and nomadic dwellings: Tiny Houses.

In 2104, we moved into nano-housing, specializing in Tiny Houses, garden studios, lodges and wooden chalets.

The values taught by the older generations have slowly disappeared in a world that has lived for over half a century on the consumable and the disposable.
They are Quadrapol’s DNA.
We are part of an emerging trend of thinking that seems to be returning to essential values.
At Quadrapol, people are at the heart of these values. The circle must be virtuous. There is no other option for recovering the values essential to the earth.
Recruitment, our architects’ drawings, the work of our craftsmen in the workshop, marketing, everything must be played on the same notes: common sense, truth, solidity, respect.
Reduce our consumption, control it! The stakes are immense, and a return to the true values of life is essential: the very existence of future generations is at stake. Quadrapol is part of this approach.
8% of the world’s CO2 emissions are released into our atmosphere by a single industry: cement. We need to reinvent the living environment, by making it ecological.
A living space like a “traditional” house requires around 20 tonnes of cement and similar materials. That is 16 tons of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
At Quadrapol, this relationship is reversed. Each of our eco-friendly wooden houses, such as Tiny Houses, stores CO2. We work within the RT2012 criteria, long before its legal existence.
Today, Quadrapol’s goal is at least carbon neutrality, with a fully self-sufficient wooden house.
Choosing to build a self-sufficient wooden chalet means actively participating in efforts to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere for a better environment.
The wood we use in our Tiny Houses is a noble material.
Carefully selected, it is FSC* and PEFC* certified.
*FSC: Forest Stewardship Council®. This is an international label guaranteeing that the wood used complies with sustainable forest management procedures.
*PEFC : Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes. Created in 1999, PEFC certification provides consumers with a guarantee that the products they buy come from responsible sources, thereby contributing to the sustainable management of forests and life.
Housing is the second most polluting sector in France.
Quadrapol’s conviction has led it to specialize in Nano habitat, small wooden houses such as Tiny houses or Tiny homes, wooden studios or habitable wooden chalets.
With the tiny house, the smaller it is, the less we consume, and the more we preserve our living environment, while living in excellent conditions of comfort.

The forest has so much to offer us, we must protect it.
In addition to using wood from sustainably managed forests, we plant 20 to 30 trees per project in afforestation or reforestation projects in association with Reforestaction and Atmosylva.
One more gesture for the good of our planet and our environment, offsetting more than 100% of the environmental impact of the production and transport of our pretty wooden houses (tiny houses).
