5 reasons to love the Tiny House Cabana image

Our Tiny House catalog includes several unique, standardized models
based on optimized plans. Each model in our range meets different needs. You're already familiar with our Colibri, our customers' favorite little wooden nomad home. Now let us introduce you to another star of our catalog : the Tiny House Cabana! Discover the 5 reasons why it's the perfect investment.

1. A nomadic home for those who want to be mobile

The Cabana is built on a 6 m long, 2.45 m wide galvanized trailer. With a height of 4 m and a weight of no more than 3.5 tons, you can tow your Tiny House with a simple BE license on European roads.

The Cabana moves with you, whatever the purpose of your trip: vacation, European tour or simply a change of terrain.

2. Modern design, optimized interior and aesthetic exterior

This 23m² wooden micro-house is a true concentrate of style and practicality. The exterior cladding is available in larch, heat-treated ash or Canadian red cedar. Each wood species lends the Cabana a new aesthetic touch in warm, pleasant tones. The Cabana has been designed with 9 windows, including 1 roof window, to let the light in, but above all to open onto a sunny sky.

The interior features 2 mezzanines: a large 8.45m² mezzanine ideal for sleeping, and a smaller 1.29m² mezzanine ideal for storing your belongings.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by partitions, but without enclosing this space, allowing easy passage between the different rooms. In the turnkey version, the bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and furnished. The Cabana's little extra: a 3.06m² office space!

3. An ecological, self-sufficient home

Every Tiny House in our range is built with quality materials. The wood wool used for insulation is an environmentally-friendly solution that ensures the perfect temperature inside your Tiny House. What's more, unlike other types of insulation, wood wool has no negative impact on your health.

The wood used to build the Tiny House comes from sustainably managed forests with FSC and PEFC certification. Wood also stores CO2, reducing emissions from your Tiny House by almost 60%.

Autonomy options can be added to your trailer home for even greater freedom. With no need for grid connections, your home can be self-sufficient.

Photovoltaic panels supply the house with electricity. The gas cylinders at the front of the Tiny supply the gas water heater or the hotplates in your kitchen.

Do you think it's impossible to be self-sufficient in water? We've set up a rainwater harvesting system. This is then efficiently filtered in an ozone treatment system. The water is then stored in tanks. A biological filter can be installed to treat grey water.

4. An unusual and interesting investment

The Cabana adapts to your needs. Would you like to live there all year round? It's more than possible: it's designed to let you do just that, while guaranteeing the comfort of a real, traditional house.

The Cabana will also fit in perfectly with your garden, as an unusual garden studio or rental investment to generate additional income.

If you're short of space in your own home, you can even welcome guests. One thing's for sure: your guests will feel so at home here that they won't want to leave!

5. A long-term investment

Above all, the Cabana is a long-term investment. Well-maintained Tiny Houses have an indefinite lifespan. Only one thing is certain: it can be used by future generations.
