At Quadrapol, we offer three finishing options: delivery of a watertight, airtight, ready-to-finish tiny house, or a turnkey, ready-to-live-in tiny house! Make your project the way you imagined it!

1. The turnkey tiny house offer

The turnkey offer is the most common. Yes, it's the perfect solution when :

You don't want to build your own tiny house,
You want a custom-built tiny house,
Or if you want a self-contained tiny house!

Your tiny house is delivered completely finished, ready to live in. The kitchen is fitted with a black resin sink and flexible mixer tap, a double-burner electric hob and a 95-liter built-in refrigerator, depending on the model of tiny house selected. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet (dry or not, it's up to you), a washbasin and a shower.

When we build your tiny house in our workshop, we take care of all the electrical and hydraulic installations, and can also install autonomy options if the project is to be moved or installed on land with no possible connections.

All you have to do is put down your belongings and finish fitting out the interior of your pretty little house on wheels!

In this configuration, you can choose the interior finish and options for your turnkey tiny house. With our team, you select the parquet flooring, the color of the interior panelling, the color and layout of your kitchen units, the elements of your shower room, or the wall lights. Self-sufficiency options, such as the installation of a photovoltaic kit or a rainwater collection system with tank and filtration, can also be installed directly on your tiny house.

Our turnkey offer starts at €24,900 incl. VAT for the Nid Campagne (standard).

2. Tiny house to finish

Our intermediate offer or tiny house to finish has the same finishes as the turnkey tiny house. The tiny house is fully insulated. We provide the interior fittings, including partitions, mezzanines and bathroom. However, the supply and installation of the kitchen and bathroom are not included in this offer.

The differences with the turnkey offer are as follows:

Withdrawal of the fitted kitchen and shower room: give free rein to your creativity, and do it yourself!
Tailor-made projects are not included in this offer.
Self-contained solutions are not available with this offer.

The offer to finish is an intermediary offer that allows you to receive your almost-finished tiny house, and to add your "touch" by completing the final fittings. What's more, it's a good option for taking advantage of an attractive price, while carrying out minor work yourself.

We'll build the structure of your tiny house for you, including wall insulation, waterproofing, electrical and hydraulic circuits, interior trim and bathroom.

3. The watertight, airtight tiny house offer

The "watertight and airtight" offer is ideal for DIY enthusiasts who want to help build their own tiny house. Halfway between self-build and our intermediate version, you play an active part in the construction of your tiny house.

In fact, we deliver your tiny house on its trailer, ready to go. In other words, the outer structure of the tiny house, including the exterior walls and roof, is complete. The windows and doors are in place, and the structure of the mezzanine and shower room is complete. However, the complete interior layout remains to be completed. So you can define and realize a completely customized interior.

This gives you plenty of scope to design the interior of your tiny house yourself.

All you have to do is carry out the following steps:

Installation of wood wool insulation, supplied by us.
Purchase and install the vapour barrier
Installation of electrical and hydraulic circuits
Interior finishing: panelling, flooring, partitions and mezzanines
Construction of kitchen and bathroom
